Who We Are

The MHS DSQIC, a project of the Academy for Educational Development, is a six-year Cooperative Agreement funded by the Head Start Bureau at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Its mission is to provide high quality, individualized training and technical assistance to Migrant Head Start grantees so they can build programs offering appropriate, family-centered disability services and intervention.
