QIC Contact Information
Bienvenido!
Welcome! to the MSHS QIC contact page. On this
page you will find easy information to download if you would
like just a simple list for contacting MSHS QIC employees.
Additionally, the MSHS Grantee Liaison list provides information
on which staff are assigned to which grantees. The contact
information for the grantees and the liaison are constantly
updated in order to promote and maintain effective communications
between our office and the programs we serve.
The
form to request training and technical assistance is also
easily accessible from this page. All procedures to use this
form are described on the form itself.
We
encourage grantee staff and visitors alike to contact us at
