Migrant and Seasonal Head Start (MSHS) programs recognize
the importance of providing information about the work they
do with children and families to the community. Below are
clickable materials that have been developed by local programs
in collaboration with the national office that are designed
to to provide community outreach and education about MSHS
programs. These flyers can be used together as a packet or
distributed individually for a variety of purposes. Some uses
of this information includes, but is not limited to:
- Orienting
new staff and consultants
- Distributing
the flyers at community fairs
- Offering
presentations to community partners
- Educating
policy makers
- Educating
and orienting parents
Please
feel free to make this information available to the public
so we can let communities know about all the good things that
are happening in Migrant and Seasonal Head Start programs.
This public relations packet is dynamic and evolving. We wish
to thank all the talented individuals that have contributed
to this product and to the process of developing these materials.
Please check back to this web site for periodic updates and
