Migrant and Seasonal Head Start programs are such a diverse
and talented community and this page reflects the heart and
soul of our programs. We have much knowledge, much to share
and much to celebrate. The families and children we serve
are precious and represent the present and the future. It
has been said, "You never know what any child may grow
to do with their life, but let it be their choice and let
them do it with dignity and pride." Migrant and Seasonal
Head Start seeks to build the self-esteem and self-efficacy
of children and their families.
Just like
children can not exist without families, families can not
exist without communities. Community individuals and organizations
support and nurture our programs and our children and families.
Our families and our community partners are hardworking, dedicated
individuals with a bright vision for the future. Their voices
and their stories inspire and move us all.
